Advanced Interior Design & Styling
What you will learn
You will learn advanced techniques for generating creative ideas; how to site measure and survey an interior space; how to zone and plan a space using ergonomic and anthropometric data; architectural drawings--floorplans, elevations and section drawings; rendering techniques; designing small commercial spaces including cafes and hub-working environments.
This course will be taught to a standard equivalent to a Level 3 qualification in Interior Design.

Where this course leads
At the end of the course, you will have completed an advanced residential or commercial project, creating opportunities for further study, progression to higher education or employment. You will also have gained further professional skills for your commercial or residential design projects.
who should attend
This course requires some experience or introductory education or training in interior Design. It will benefit learners who need more advanced professional skills for their personal interiors project; as well as those looking to continue to a career in interior design and architecture.
The tutor
This course has been devised and taught by an architect and educator with more than 20 years’ experience of teaching in further and higher education. She has worked extensively in the interior design industry, designing and styling for some of the world’s leading educational institutions and hotel chains. As an educator she has an unenviable record of preparing Level 3 and Level 4 students for entry to the UK’s top universities
